Isn't it just a matter of opinion?
Some would say that the low-cost option is always the best. But what about reliability? No one wants their car to break down in the middle of the trip. Others might tout convenience or customer service as the deciding factors.
In any decision, it is also wise to consider the "intangibles." For example, the fact that Enterprise Rent-A-Car was founded by a decorated WWII pilot may peak the interest of the patriotic. However, when all the companies perform just about the same, with very similar pricing and vehicles (and if all employ retired veterans), what company should Joe or Sally Normal choose for their next car rental?
Well, it is the 21st century. Don't we have a site for that?
Yes, and it is cleverly named CarRentals.com.
